This website was developed so coaches can learn more about me as I pursue my goal of playing college ice hockey.
I was a Varsity Hockey player at Choate Rosemary Hall in the Founders League, who graduated in May 2019. I am 2000 Birthyear, 6’5”, 240 lbs, Right Shot, Defenseman who played forward the past two seasons at Choate. During much of my career, including the last two split season teams I played Defense. I will play whatever ever role is asked and I enjoy playing both ends of the ice. I graduated with a 3.8 GPA at Choate, and my ACT score is 31. I was on the staff of the Choate’s newspaper and I earned Varsity letters in Hockey and Crew. I am from Newport Beach, California and I previously played for the Junior Kings and Junior Ducks. Prior to attending prep school, I earned an academic letter at Newport Harbor HS and I obtained the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boys Scouts. I am starting my Juniors career with the East Coast Wizards of the EHL this season. My goal over the next two seasons is to develop and advance so I will have an opportunity to play D1 college ice hockey.
I decided to leave home in California and attend prep school in Connecticut for the ice hockey.
I chose to attend Choate Rosemary Hall for the education.
I decided on the Wizards this season because of Coach Freddy Meyer and the opportunity I will have there to develop.
I love playing Defense, protecting the front of our net, and moving the puck up. At Choate I was asked to play Forward, which was fine because that is where the coach saw the need. I love going to the front of my opponent’s net and causing havoc as much as I enjoy clearing people out from in front of our net.
I accomplish what I set out to achieve, I push harder when the path gets steeper, and I don’t let negative outside influences interfere with my goals.
I am loyal to God, my family, my friends, and myself.
